Shmuel Ziser moved to the UK in the early 1980s after a career as a professional footballer in Israel. He set up a textiles business in Shoreditch, East London, where he learned first-hand about the property market as a tenant, and later landlord.. In the following years, he built up a property portfolio, mostly residential and always with an eye on long-term, stable income. In 2007, his son Guy Ziser joined the UK property businesses and today continues to run it along the same principles.
